Spooky Celebration consists of four quirky costumed characters on wheels. A lady dressed up as a witch is riding her bicycle with her broom in hand. A boy dressed up as a clown is riding his scooter. Another boy dressed up as a skeleton rides his bike while carrying a Happy Halloween flag. Finally, the last boy is wearing a cowboy outfit while riding his red scooter.
